The executive management team and portfolio company presidents possess over 200 years of cumulative real estate experience. Collectively, they have developed, invested, financed or constructed over $21 billion of expected value in commercial, residential and hospitality transactions in North America and Europe.
Executive Management Team
As the CDO of Kolter, John is responsible for overseeing the development of the firm’s long-term strategic assets, with a particular focus on land use and entitlement.
At Kolter, John has helped to guide the company’s development activities. John has overseen the acquisition and development of high-rise, low-rise, and master-planned communities realized for over $3 billion. He has also been instrumental in the acquisition of additional residential developments with expected sell-out value in excess of $6 billion. Prior to joining Kolter, John served as Executive Vice President of St. Andrews Development Company.
John earned a BA degree from Princeton University and is a licensed Florida general contractor.
As the COO of Kolter, Howard manages the firm’s on-balance sheet capital and relationships with capital providers.
At Kolter, he has been involved with the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of over $7 billion of expected transaction value (both in-development and realized) of residential, commercial and hospitality-focused transactions throughout the Southeastern United States. His previous work experience includes acting as managing principal of The Strategic Partners UK Fund in London, and earlier as a real estate investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in London and New York. Howard began his career as a corporate lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
Howard received his BA degree at Queen’s University (Canada), earned an MSc degree (Econ) from the London School of Economics and an LLB degree with honors from Cambridge University.
Howard serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity in Palm Beach County, Florida.
As the CEO of Kolter, Bobby is responsible for the firm’s overall strategy as well as for support of the portfolio company leaders in the development of their sector-specific strategies.
Bobby has directed the firm’s growth and been involved with all facets of the acquisition, financing, development, sales & marketing, and disposition, of over $12 billion of expected transaction value (both in-development and realized) of residential, commercial and hospitality-focused transactions throughout the Southeastern United States and elsewhere in North America.
Bobby serves as Chairman of the Foundation Board, as well as Vice-President of the Operational Board, of the Achievement Centers for Children & Families in Delray Beach, Florida.
Bobby attended McGill University, where he studied business.
